Treasurer’s Report (Sheila LaPlante)
- Expenses: PO Box $40, Jazz guest artist travel $400, Hansen cost of product $3750, scholarships $209, breakfast for band $250. Income: $53 interest. Trailer depreciation (5-year schedule) $253.
- Uniform needs: small sizes of pep band shirts are in low supply. Tom Busch & Kathy Proctor will e-mail what is needed.
- PHS has not yet charged PMB for the costs of the Chili Luncheon.

- T of R taping completed on May 5.
- Large Group Band Festival May 13.

Choir trip to Chicago with choir clinic and Six Flags visit, May 14.
Band & Choir spring concert, May 16.
Chamber Choir at Good Sheppard Lutheran Church, May 12.
Choir to sing at the Jerabek Memorial, May 31.
Directors Reports:
- Band (Tom Busch)
- The T of R selection decision will be made around September.
- The Smart Music/Smart Board is very popular. It can be used for announcements as well.
- One remaining Colorado trip payment due May 19.
- The May 15 Spring Concerts start at 1:30 for Choir and 2:15 for Band.
- Jazz (Keegan White)
- Keegan extends a deep thanks to everyone for everything at PHS. He is resigning and will move to Indiana after Polka Days.
- PMB extends their sincere thanks to Keegan for his dedication to our students.
- Choir (Kathy Bader)
- The Jerabek memorials begin at 9 am at PHS and continue at Nicolet Gardens at 10:30 am.
- Choir clinics in Chicago will be judged.
- Chamber Choir will be smaller in the fall.
- There is no schedule for choir camp yet.
Old Business:
- Lambeau LZ Zone Fundraiser: Currently PMB is not contracted to staff a concession stand. With low interest and response, it was decided to go ahead and back out of any commitment.
- MET Force needs help for the Large Group Festival on May 13.
- 2010-11 PMB Exec Board Elections

New Business:
- Music Booster College Scholarships
- $500 scholarships are awarded to Corey Whitt, Blake Smith and Ali Molnar.
- Thank you to the scholarship committee for a job well done!
- Congratulations to this year’s recipients.
- 2010 Lambeau Concessions
- We have signed a contract and returned it to Levy. We will staff our same concession for next season at Lambeau. The beer booth requires 8 volunteers per game.
- Each volunteer will receive a $25 incentive per game worked to be applied to the student activity account of their choice.
- Volunteer sign-up opportunities will be posted on the website.
- 2010-11 Webmaster
- Mike Harter will step in as webmaster. Mike and Tyra have been working together to insure a smooth transition.
- Many thanks to Tyra Smith for her hard work, diligence and persistence in making the PMB web site into an attractive, useful and timely source of information for our students and families.
- Publicity Coordinator
- Barbara Hilliard will step in as new publicity coordinator.
- Many thanks to Denise Duke who has been the Publicity Coordinator for several years!
