This chorus is a highly select group chosen through extensive auditioning. All members must be
enrolled in another music performance class concurrently with chamber choir. This group strives for
the highest level of singing proficiency. They perform a variety of styles of music. Singers must
be available to perform frequently through out the year. This chorus is in 2 semester blocks. The group meets in the morning at 7:00am Mondays and Wednesdays with an occasional meeting in the
evening, depending on the needs of the choir. Each member must be at every rehearsal. If a member
has three unexcused absences, they are dismissed from the group. Academics are also important, and
the members cannot fail two classes while in the class. If they do, it is cause for dismissal until
their grades are brought up.
