Mandatory On Line Alcohol Training Class
All non-profit groups are required to have their volunteers complete the on line alcohol trainging class each season. Please follow the instructions below and make sure the on line class is completed no less than 24 hours prior to the game you volunteer to work. You only need to complete this on line training class once for the entire 2010 season.

Online Alcohol Training - Non Profit Groups
For the 20010 football season, we as a company are required to have non-profit group members trained in a responsible alcohol training class. Please follow the directions below.
1. Log on: http://levy.restaurant.org/
2. Enter Password: LEVY
3. Enter your personal information and employment history.
4. Choose WI - Lambeau Field from the drop down list.
5. Choose Non-Profit from the drop down list.
Read all materials and click next to go to next page. You will then be able to take the test.
Once you have completed the test and you submit your answers, it will ask for the manager's/supervisor's e-mail address, please enter: lmiller@levyrestaurants.com.
The results will be e-mailed back to us, we will print it as proof you completed the on-line training. Please keep in mind that if you don't enter the e-mail address above the results will not be sent to us.
The online class does not have a location for you to enter your group name, so in order for us to properly make sure your group receives proper credit for the completion of your training, please send a separate e-mail to lmiller@levyrestaurants.com noting the date you completed the training and both your name and group name.
