Thursday, July 8:
Rehearsal, 5:30 PM Perc., CG & 6:30 PM Everyone

Tueaday, July 13:
Rehearsal/Mandatory Meeting, 5:30 PM Perc., CG & 6:30 PM Everyone - 8 PM Mandatory Meeting for students and parents/legal guardian.

Wednesday, July 14:
Departure date - 11:00 AM - Report time for Chaperones, 11:30 AM - Report time for students, 12:30 PM departure from PHS Bring a snack/sack lunch as we will not stop until around 7 or 8 PM for dinner ($)

Thursday, July 15:
Arrive in Denver for breakfast, after breakfast (included)- Elitch Gardens amusement park, Afternoon (lunch = $) - Depart for Snow Mountain Ranch (SMR) Dinner (included)

Friday, July 16:
Breakfast at SMR (included) free day, all day lunch and dinner at SMR (included) Your student may participate in activities on this date, sign up will take place at the Thursday, 7/8/10 rehearsal. They may also spend a 1/2 day in at Winter Park, CO.

Saturday, July 17:
Touring day. Breakfast at SMR (included), Lunch at Casa Bonita (included) and dinner at Flying W Ranch (included).

Sunday, July 18:
Performance day. Breakfast at SMR (included), Lunch at Grand Lake (included) and dinner at SMR (included).

Monday, July 19:
Travel and performance day. Breakfast at SMR (included), Lunch is a sack lunch (included) and Dinner at Laughing Waters Restaraunt, Crazy Horse Monument (included). Performances will take place at both Crazy Horse Monument and Mount Rushmore Monument. Witness the lighting ceremony and return to Hot Springs, SD for the evening.

Tuesday, July 20:
Breakfast at Hotel (included), Lunch on your own while at Evan's Plunge, swimming. 1880's Steam Locamotive Ride throught the Black Hills. Depart for home - dinner enroute ($),

Wednesday, July 21:
Travel day, Breakfast enrounte ($) arrive back in Pulaski at approx. 8:30 AM (The Colorado bus will return at 11am rather than 8:30am on Wednesday, July 21. This has been confirmed by Tom Bush on Wednesday morning. (updated 7/21/2010 8:27am))

 


Update 01/14/10
The cost of the chaperones for the 2010 PHS Band Trip to Colorado/South Dakota is $660 each. Payments of $110 begin on January 20th and will be consistent with the student's payment dates.

REMINDER: Everyone who is chaperoning must have gone through a background check that is completed by the Pulaski Community School District. Click HERE for the background check form: print it off, fill it out and return it to Mr. Busch as soon as possible.

October 18 (initial non-refundable deposit) $100
November 20, 2009: $100
January 20, 2010: $120
February 17, 2010: $120
March 17, 2010: $120
April 21, 2010: $120
May 19, 2010: $120

Total Trip Cost: $800

The Chaperone payment schedule will not start until January 2010, more information to come.
